How to confirm certificates
Name your market in the inquiry, and ask which certificates apply to it, by name, with documents attached. A certificate that applies to one market does not necessarily apply to another, and a certificate for one product type does not necessarily cover another type. The inquiry should name the market, the product line, and the type within it, so the answer can be specific.
Ask for the documents, not just the names. A document can be checked: its scope, its dates, and the product it covers. A name alone cannot be checked, and a name without a document is an assurance, not evidence. Keep the documents with the order paperwork, for the whole life of the product, so a later question about compliance can be answered from the file.
What is not claimed
This site claims no certificate for any product, and names no certificate, issuing body or verification programme. Platform verification status, where a storefront shows it, is not a product certificate, and it is not presented here as one. A buyer who needs a specific certificate should ask for it by name in the inquiry, and judge the reply by the document that comes back.
If the documents for your market cannot be provided, that is an answer too: it means the order cannot proceed for that market on the evidence available. A missing certificate is better known before payment than discovered at customs, and an honest gap is better than an invented claim.
